Design Development
This is where the vision becomes a plan.

- 3.D Visualization: Generating photorealistic renders so the client can "walk through" the space before a single hammer swings.
- Material Selection: Finalizing finishes, from flooring and wall treatments to hardware and lighting.
Technical & Execution
This phase proves our technical expertise.
- Working Drawings: Detailed blueprints for electrical, plumbing, and bespoke carpentry.
- Procurement: Managing orders for furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E).
- Project Coordination: Liaising with contractors and vendors to ensure the design is technically feasible.
Implementation (On-Site)
The "messy" but rewarding part.
- Site Supervision: Regular visits to ensure the work matches the design specifications.
- Quality Control: Addressing any on-site challenges and ensuring high-quality craftsmanship.
- Installation: Coordinating the delivery and placement of furniture and decor.
Styling & Handover
The "Grand Reveal."

- Final Walkthrough: Ensuring every detail meets the client’s expectations.
- The Handover: Providing the keys and a "Care Guide" for the new materials and finishes along with warranty certificate.
